Excellent Stay
comfortable room convenient location complimentary water attentive staff
My stay included a comfortable room, specifically the superior double or twin room. the location was very convenient. I found many restaurants and cafes nearby. they provided complimentary water bottles daily and also a coffee machine was available in the lobby. the staff was attentive, especially in the breakfast room, everything was well kept.
The elevator was quite small. It only accommodated one person comfortably.

The front desk staff offered really good service. They promptly assisted with a travel adapter i needed (i had forgotten mine!). the team members showed warmth and attentiveness, always ready to help with any inquiries. their helpfulness.

breakfast included cheese, eggs, bread, pastries, jam, juice, and coffee or tea. while basic, i found the breakfast satisfying to start my day (especially the fresh pastries!). a variety of dining options exist nearby.

the hotel has a clean, beautiful, and renovated feel. wi-fi was fast and reliable, a definite plus for staying connected. they also offered umbrellas to borrow, very convenient.

The hotel is near multiple metro stations. This made getting around simple. The staff stored my luggage after checkout. It was quite helpful. I saw a coffee machine available near reception. It operated 24 hours.
The elevator had a restricted space.

the location proved convenient restaurants and transport links were close. the staff were helpful i received assistance with directions. the room was very clean the provided amenities was superb
i noticed the elevator was small it only accommodated one person with luggage

the location was very convenient. several metro stations were a short walk away (i found this super helpful for exploring). the staff was also really friendly. they helped me with directions and recommendations. there was also a kettle in the room. i used it every day to make tea.
the elevator was quite small. only one person with luggage could fit at a time (it made things a little slow). the room size was also smaller than i expected. there wasn't much space to move around. the breakfast selection could have been better. i wished there was more variety.

convenient location helpful staff small room lack of soundproofing
the hotel location offered convenience with nearby restaurants i found the staff friendly and helpful i especially appreciated the 24-hour access to the coffee machine at the reception this was a nice bonus.
the room was very small i know hotel rooms in this area are often compact the walls were not soundproof it was easy to hear other guests.
